This is HUGE because we still need to function in our everyday lives, we can't be sitting here like zombies. She is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. This type of practice is a rough business to be in, but she makes the exception. She really listens to you and because of that she is able to help you truly get back to yourself. I honestly don't understand why she doesn't have higher reviews because she truly is an amazing psychiatrist, who is just exceptionally good at her profession. I will always recommend her to anyone seeking these services. She has already helped me to feel better and get on the road back to myself, I will be forever grateful to her for this. I believe people like her are angels sent here from God because we all need a little help sometimes and she is a great woman for the job! If you need a psychiatrist, I would highly recommend Ms. Spangler!

It may not always be what you WANT to hear, but she has her patients best interests at heart...always. She is highly trained with decades of relevant experiece. i was surprised to see a couple of negative reviews, but based on the comments, they may not be familiar with the concept of "tough love". You can not pull the wool over her eyes, which is an excellent quality for someone in her field. I have refered several friends to Eileen over the years and she has always taken great care of them.

I have been seeing Ms. Spangler for a couple of years now and she's changed my life. I feel like I have gotten my life back. It took awhile to get my meds adjusted to where I needed them to be, but I have been at such a good place for about a year now (including a struggle with post-partum depression) and could not have gotten to this place without her. She is extremely knowledgeable and will listen to her patient's needs and concerns instead of just throwing medications at them. People must also remember that the patient has a responsiblity to do their part in changing their own lives and must play an active role in the process. I would recommend to anyone!
